Dr. Jonah McCandless - Executive Director

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Dr. Jonah McCandless went back to work in his home town of Sedalia, MO. After two years of practice, Dr. McCandless decided to return back to the Belton/Raymore community, which is where he lived while going to school in Kansas City, to start up his own clinic. Now, Dr. McCandless has been the clinic director of Bel-Ray Wellness Center for the past seven years and enjoys the opportunity to meet and help the people in his community.

According to Dr. McCandless, "One of my desires is to help the people of Cass County achieve their health goals using chiropractic, rehabilitation, nutrition, and massage therapy." Through spinal/scoliosis screenings, talks, and an array of presentations, Dr. McCandless continues to strive for increased awareness of health and nutrition within the community.

Dr. McCandless also holds certification in the Activator Technique and in the treatment of Whiplash Trauma, and has advanced training with the use of the Sigma Instrument. This extensive training enables him to manage many diverse cases.

Dr. Jeffrey Breithaupt - Associate Doctor

After receiving his undergraduate degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University, Dr. Jeff continued his studies at Cleveland Chiropractic College and earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic. His mission as a chiropractor is to treat and educate patients, promoting greater health and wellness through the benefits of chiropractic treatment.

In Dr. Jeff's free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Angie and their two children; Bella and Jordy. They like to spend as much time as they can outdoors, going on walks to the park, playing games, and going to Royals games whenever possible. Dr. Jeff looks forward to getting to know each of his patients individually and helping them achieve their healthcare goals.

CAT - OFFICE MANAGER

Cat has been with the clinic since April 2021 as the Patient Educator and the Office Manager. As the Office Manager, Cat supports the clinic by performing vital duties to help keep the practice running smoothly while keeping patient care as the number one priority. Cat's professional background is in management, medical billing and IT across multiple medical and retail companies.

Camera - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Camera is most likely the person to greet you when you come through the door. Daily operation of our clinic highly depends on Camera and her excellent office management skills. Camera takes care of the front desk responsibilities such as patient records, patient check-in, and vital statistics for new patients.
